Our 30th Anniversary
Halloween Party Event!
Each year, Allied Tax has a Halloween Party and we invite our clients, friends, and family. This year the party will be held once again out in the country at the Haupt family ranch. Bring your friends and family out into the country, for a special event for the whole family! There's a bouncehouse and playground for the kids, a firepit a S'mores, games, a spook alley, a costume parade and prizes, pinatas, refreshments & snacks, and hayrides through the country! Read on for FAQs and directions, but please RSVP if you'd like to come. Everyone is invited, but in order to not spoil the fun for everyone, we need to limit this party to 100 bodies per night! You can RSVP by calling us at 510-886-2937 and letting us know how many from your party will be attending. Even if its after hours, we will get your message and call back to confirm the reservation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we call for directions? All of us will be making things ready for the party. No one will be available to take your calls - sorry! However, you can call the Pleasanton Office (925-248-6800) and listen to directions on our phone tree. Call the number, press 6, then 2, and then you can press 1 or 2 to get directions from Highway 580, or 680. You can also get directions from our website by clicking on "About ATP" and clicking the link to directions on that page.
What about parking? Parking will be available at the party location. Parking space is limited, so please park as directed if we have an attendent helping cars park, or park next to other cars so as to maximize parking space for guests still on their way.
Do we need to bring anything? Please bring some candy or a Halloween-themed treat for the Trick-or-Treat Potluck.
What is the Trick-or-Treat Potluck? We will be providing snacks and refreshments for everyone, but the Potluck is especially for the kids, and so that there will be enough to go around, no matter how big or small our crowd will be. Cupcakes, cake, cookies, candy, sodas, drink boxes, chips, brownies, or even healthy snacks will be welcome!
Why do we need to RSVP? In order to properly prepare for the party, we need to know how many people to expect. Plus, we know from past experience, that about 100 bodies per night is our maximum capacity. All you need to do is call us (510-886-2937) and let us know how many people you will be bringing (approximate numbers are ok) or respond to the E-vite we emailed you.
